Healthy Alternative Porridge Breakfast: AIP, Grain Free, Gluten & Dairy Free

Healthy Alternative Porridge Breakfast: AIP, Grain Free, Gluten & Dairy Free

The Auto Immune Paleo diet (AIP) amazes me at how effective it is for calming a poorly balanced hyper or hypo thyroid state. When coupled with immune-modulating herbal medicine, patients have fast and welcome results. You can read all about it here

The most challenging part of this protocol for seemingly the majority of people is this question:

“What can I eat for Breakfast???”

We are going to popping up a range of fantastic recipes that you can look forward to each morning! Today’s porridge recipe is grain free, nut seed and dairy free, a quick easy alternative to simple yet delicious hot bone broth. A great alternative to oats, warming and filling, and full of fibre.

Keep it fun, focus on what you CAN eat, and keep it tasty! Cook batches so there is always food to grab when you need it and may be time poor.  I highly recommend using your slow cooker for batches of bone broth or slow cooked meats that can be used for any meal. – Tanya
