Inna holds a Bachelor of Health Science degree and Advanced Diplomas in Naturopathic, Nutritional and Herbal Medicine.

Kylie was inspired to undertake study in naturopathy at the Endeavour College of Natural Health. After four years of further education, Kylie obtained a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and became fascinated by the human body and disease.

Kylie also studies herbal medicine and nutrition, discovering how diet and lifestyle changes (not to mention herbal extracts and nutraceuticals) can help resolve an individuals’ imbalances, dysfunction and optimise health.

Through Kylie’s experience as a Personal Trainer and Naturopath, she realised that to significantly improve an individual’s health, she needed to also work with their mind.

She found with some individuals there were various roadblocks within their mind that needed to be addressed. Optimal health involves more than just a balanced diet and regular exercise; people also need take care of their inner world of thoughts and beliefs, which ultimately form their choices and therefore behaviour.

Kylie went on to study the science of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP). The knowledge she gained through this study has given her the ability to assist in the reforming of the thoughts, beliefs and behaviours of her clients, enabling them to successfully reach their desired health goals and significantly change their lives.

As a Naturopath, Kylie’s approach towards achieving optimal health combines biomedical science, evidence-based research with herbal and nutritional medicines, and dietary therapy to optimise health and wellness.

Kylie is a registered member of ANTA (Australian Natural Therapies Association) and looks forward to meeting with you and starting your journey towards optimal health.

After being diagonised with hypothyroid nearly 15years ago taking tablets everday putting on weight, having aches and pains, anxiety I thought there was nothing can be done, but out of the blue I came across The Lucy Rose Clinic on facebook what a find. I have been with the clinic now for 7 months and what a change it has made to my life. Kylie from the clinic at the Gold Coast put a treatment plan together for me which consisted of and eating plan medication and exercise. Exercising is very important part of the process. I go to the Gym 5days a week doing a class different class every day ,I also do a PT session once a week with weights ,we also have a walking group we walk 10 km every Sunday. All of the 3goals that have been set out you must do all three to get where you want to be.
