Kylie Rawlings

As a Naturopath and Holistic Health Practitioner, Kylie is passionate about helping people with hormonal imbalance and weight loss.

Kylie began her career in the health industry a Personal Trainer. She worked for several years, training clients of varying body shapes and sizes. This gave her the platform to better understand the mind-body connection and how exercise (more specifically, functional movement) plays a pivotal role in healing, vitality and wellbeing.

While enjoying a fulfilling career as a Personal Trainer, Kylie realised that exercise was only one component where she could help Australians achieve better health.

Kylie was inspired to undertake study in naturopathy at the Endeavour College of Natural Health. After four years of further education, Kylie obtained a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and became fascinated by the human body and disease.

Kylie also studies herbal medicine and nutrition, discovering how diet and lifestyle changes (not to mention herbal extracts and nutraceuticals) can help resolve an individuals’ imbalances, dysfunction and optimise health.

Through Kylie’s experience as a Personal Trainer and Naturopath, she realised that to significantly improve an individual’s health, she needed to also work with their mind.

She found with some individuals there were various roadblocks within their mind that needed to be addressed. Optimal health involves more than just a balanced diet and regular exercise; people also need take care of their inner world of thoughts and beliefs, which ultimately form their choices and therefore behaviour.

Kylie went on to study the science of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP). The knowledge she gained through this study has given her the ability to assist in the reforming of the thoughts, beliefs and behaviours of her clients, enabling them to successfully reach their desired health goals and significantly change their lives.

As a Naturopath, Kylie’s approach towards achieving optimal health combines biomedical science, evidence-based research with herbal and nutritional medicines, and dietary therapy to optimise health and wellness.

Kylie is a registered member of ANTA (Australian Natural Therapies Association) and looks forward to meeting with you and starting your journey towards optimal health.
