Rachel Deering (Bsc Hons) is a qualified and accredited herbalist and naturopath, with over 20 years, experience working as a practitioner and educator of herbal medicine.
She completed her honours degree in Herbal Medicine at Middlesex University, London. On completion of her degree, she embarked on an apprenticeship with third-generation herbalist Arthur Hyde. The Hyde family owned the oldest Herbal clinic in the UK established in 1898.
When Arthur retired, Rachel continued to run his busy and well-established clinic for five years before moving to Western Australia. On arriving in WA she began lecturing Herbal Medicine at The Australian Institute of Holistic Medicine, training student naturopaths in the art and science of herbal medicine.
Rachel has always been deeply connected with the natural world with a great passion for the healing power of plant medicines.
Specialising in women’s health and hormones, she is devoted to educating and empowering her clients to reclaim their health and achieve wellness through her integrative and holistic approach to health.
Rachel is the mother of two teenagers and understands the importance of wellbeing and balance within the many demands of a woman’s life.
