Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
- 500 grams Beef stew meat
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tblsp honey
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 250 g mushrooms sliced
- 2 carrots sliced
- 1 tblsp arrowroot starch
- 1 cup beef broth
- Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Serve with cauliflower rice, mashed sweet potato or other vegetables.
