Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

4 serves

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Beef stew meat
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tblsp honey
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 250 g mushrooms sliced
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 1 tblsp arrowroot starch
  • 1 cup beef broth

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir. 
  • Cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Serve with cauliflower rice, mashed sweet potato or other vegetables.
