These are a great ‘must-have’ item in the freezer or fridge.
If you need a little more protein in the diet, these make nice snacks. To make a meal, serve with salads or vegetables any way you like them. To make AIP burgers, grill Portobello mushrooms and use them in place of bread rolls.

1 kg turkey mince
1 cup zucchini finely grated
1 tsp pepper white
1 tsp natural unprocessed salt Himalayan or Celtic
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Form into patties and place on a large tray covered in bleach-free baking paper. Place what you don’t plan to cook in freezer until frozen through. Store frozen patties in a freezer bag until ready to use.
To cook, grill thawed or frozen burgers over medium-high heat until cooked through.
