Your FREE Hormone Health Checklist!

February 17, 2021January 19, 2022by Lucy Rose Clinicin Complementary Practices, Diagnosis & Testing, Hormones, Lifestyle, Mens Hormone Health, Quizzes & Questionnaires, ThyroidTags hormones

When we are unwell, brain drained, foggy, in pain, or exhausted, it is easy to solely focus on the physical aspect of healing and forget about our mind, emotions, and spirit.

Today’s article is a reminder that healing is a holistic venture and all aspects of YOU need to be balanced to get results. Often this naturally happens when people are on our programs. The body gets stronger, the hormones balance, and natural positivity and enthusiasm returns, which make the person want to do nourishing activity, have fun, laugh more and be more positive in life. Other times we need to put a little more focus on those areas.

Many women are coming to us because they feel they have lost themselves, and their hormones are out of balance from long periods of stress, over achieving, and ignoring the subtle signs the body gives off when it is trying to tell them to self care.

And of course this is ingrained in us from birth! Painful periods, headaches, skin rashes, mild mood changes, and a whole lot more are rather subtle signs the body gives to declare an imbalance, but these are easily hushed with drugs, or ignored because we don’t want to be perceived as weak.

Have a look at the Checklist and it may give you some guidance on where to put some time and energy to have a more balanced approach to your own, unique, amazing life.

And if you are ready to work with a holistic practitioner who understands the importance of a functional and synergistic approach to get you feeling healthy and vibrant again, book in your appointment now. The sooner we start, the quicker your best self can emerge.

❂ ❂ ❂ ❂

I have struggled with constant exhaustion and gut issues for some time now and it got to the point that I just started to think that they were just ‘normal’ for my body. Well, I was wrong! I have never felt so good since diagnosing and starting treatment for my gut and thyroid along with multiple deficiencies and intolerances I never knew I had! Gone are the days of pure exhaustion, 2 hour daily naps, and a bloated, irritable stomach! … My mum and my friend also go, and their results are incredible. If you’re stuck and over being told you’re healthy by your GP, but you really don’t feel that way, … book an appointment! You won’t regret it 🙂 – J.T.
